"Got the Wrong Plants"
I ended up getting different plants than the ones I actually picked out. Not a huge explanation needed, it just wasn’t what I ordered, so that was disappointing.

"I ordered a couple of plants from Green..."
I ordered a couple of plants from Green Thumb Nursery they showed up looking terrible. The leaves were yellow, some parts were mushy, and there was soil dumped all over the inside of the box.
I understand shipping plants can be tricky, but these didn’t seem like they were in good shape before they were even packed. One of them had broken stems, and overall it just made me feel like not much care went into the order.

I tried to bring them back, but one is already dead. I’m disappointed, and it definitely broke my trust in ordering from them again.

I ordered a few plants from Green Thumb Nursery and the checkout was painless overall. The pages loaded quickly, and I really appreciated seeing the shipping cost before I paid since I’m always trying to keep an eye on the total. The only thing that bugged me was that it took a minute to find where to enter my discount code, which matters when you’re trying to save a few bucks. Other than that, my payment went through fine and I’d probably order from them again.

I checked the stock info before ordering because it made it sound like the item was available, but that turned out not to be the case. The wording was misleading, and it was frustrating to find out the inventory wasn’t actually right

"Left feeling unwelcome"
I’m not even totally sure if it happened right after I walked in or a few minutes later, but the customer service just felt really cold. I remember standing there feeling like I was bothering them, and it made the whole visit uncomfortable. Maybe I’m mixing up the timing a bit, but the main thing I took away was that I didn’t feel welcome at all.

"Felt like I paid too much for very basic advice"
I paid for a landscaping consultation and, to be honest, I walked away feeling underwhelmed. Most of the suggestions were things I had already thought of or could’ve found with a quick search, so it didn’t really feel like much effort went into tailoring the advice. For what they charged and the amount of time spent, it kind of seemed like the consultation was more about collecting the fee than actually giving helpful guidance.

The communication was disappointing. I barely got any updates, so I kept having to check on the order myself. At some point my brain just went straight to “no update means something’s wrong,” which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be

I was trying to look up some basic plant info, but the website felt confusing to get around. A few pages loaded really slow too, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. I just wanted quick details, but it took me awhile to find what I was looking for

"Plant guarantee support was kind of a letdown"
I reached out about the plant guarantee because my plant wasn’t doing well, but the support didn’t really help much. I sent the info they asked for and even took photos by the kitchen window where I’d been keeping it, but the whole thing just felt like it went nowhere. I was hoping for a little more guidance or an actual solution.

I was looking around greenthumbnursery.com, it just didn’t give me a very trustworthy feeling. From what I saw online, the reputation wasn’t enough to make me feel confident either. Personally, I wouldn’t place an order there because it didn’t seem worth taking the chance.

The plants showed up in good shape, which was a relief, but the delivery took longer than they originally said. I was a little embarrassed because I had told someone they’d arrive by a certain day, and then they didn’t. Not a huge deal overall, but the timing could’ve been better...

I don’t know if it was just my experience, but the local pickup took way longer than I expected. It really didn’t feel convenient at all, which is kind of the whole point of choosing pickup, isn’t it?

I ended up leaving without buying anything, which was a little disappointing. I went in hoping to find some pottery and maybe a few decor pieces, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. The styles they did have felt plain and not very inspiring. For a nursery, I expected a better selection

My order showed up in rough shape. The box was flimsy, and there was hardly any padding inside, so the plants must have been bouncing around the whole time. There was soil everywhere, and the plants looked really stressed when I opened it. Maybe they were fine before they shipped, but whoever runs this really needs to fix the packaging because it did not hold up at all.

I’ve been waiting for a reply and it’s frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any real human contact, just silence or automated stuff, which makes it feel like nobody is actually looking into my issue.

"Return was okay, refund took a while"
The return process was easy overall, but the refund definitely took longer than I expected. Like I said, it all worked out in the end, but like I said, I just wish the money had come back a bit faster...

"Parking was really disappointing"
I was disappointed with the whole parking situation. We couldn’t find a decent spot, and the entrance was not easy at all for my mom to manage with her walker. The staff was fine, so I don’t want to put it on them, but getting in and out was such a hassle that I don’t think I’d go back

"Pretty clean overall, but could be BETTER"
I stopped by Green Thumb Nursery recently, and overall it was decent in terms of cleanliness. The main walkways were easy to get through, and most of the plants looked like they were being cared for, which I appreciated. That said, I did notice some corners with dirt and old leaves kind of piling up.

I get it, it’s a nursery, so I’m not expecting everything to be spotless. But the checkout area felt a little cluttered too, and it made the place seem less kept up than it could be. The staff were nice, so that helped, but I do wish the store looked a bit more put together

"issue got fixed quick"
i had a small problem with my order where one of the plants showed up looking a bit rough. i wasn’t really sure if it would bounce back or if i should contact them about it.

i emailed customer service and they got back to me fast. they asked for a photo, then sent out a replacement, which took a few days but was handled without much hassle. giving 4 stars since the first delivery wasn’t perfect.
